本節目由陳志誠博士導演，召集國立臺灣藝術大學當代劇場表演創作的菁英，整合劇場語彙，從編舞、音樂作曲與創作、舞臺佈景、劇場燈光、服裝及新媒體科技影像的導入，開啟最大規模表演藝術超領域的總體劇場。再透過AR科技的導入，在各藝術領域之間突破3D維度的美感體驗。延續前身《島嶼時光》、《時光冉冉》的跨域特質，穿梭於異質藝術空間，以簡約的肢體語言與專業的表演訓練方法，以既凝鍊又豐富的新表演形式整合劇構，淬煉成為召喚記憶不可及的劇場活化石, 體現人類在漫長時光旅程中冉冉的存、有、感、知。

The "Epitome of Time" Repetition is directed by Dr. Chih-Cheng CHEN who assembled elite contemporary theatrical performers of National Taiwan University of Arts. The seamless theatrical vocabulary, including choreography, musical composition, scenic design, lighting, costumes, and use of new media technology, creates a trans-disciplinary total theater. The incorporation of the AR technology yields an aesthetic experience transcending the three dimensions of each artistic domain. Building on the cross-disciplinary characteristics of the forerunners Island Through Time and Epitome of Time, Epitome of Time Repetition spans a heterogeneous art space, and embraces both minimalist body language and expert training methods. Thanks to a novel performing style that is at once concise yet rich and a theatrical structure that forges an unattainable theatrical living fossil summoning up deep memories, this work can express humankinds imperceptible existence, being, feeling, and knowing within the long journey of time.
